Holiday Decorations

Aloha Residents,

A friendly reminder that all Christmas decorations should be removed from front doors and lanais by January 8. This includes colored lights from lanais and windows.

House Rules Reminders:

1. No recreational activities are allowed in any common areas. This includes the lawns, landscaped areas, hallways and stairways.

2. Only lanai furniture and plants may be left on lanais and patios. No storage boxes, clothes drying racks, etc.

3. Laundry may not be hung on lanais where visible from the street, common areas, or other apartments

4. The speed limit in the parking areas is 5mph

Swimming Pool and Pool Area:

• The pool and sundeck are available to all residents and their guests between the hours of 8am and 9pm, daily
• Limit 5 guests per apartment per visit
• Noisy and boisterous activity (screaming & yelling) is prohibited in pool area
