House Rules Reminders:
1. No recreational activities are allowed in any common areas. This includes the lawns, landscaped areas, hallways and stairways.
2. Only lanai furniture and plants may be left on lanais and patios. No storage boxes, clothes drying racks, etc.
3. Laundry may not be hung on lanais where visible from the street, common areas, or other apartments
4. The speed limit in the parking areas is 5mph
Swimming Pool and Pool Area:
- The pool and sundeck are available to all residents and their guests between the hours of 8am and 9pm, daily
- Limit 5 guests per apartment per visit
- Noisy and boisterous activity (screaming & yelling) is prohibited in pool area

While mask wearing on and in the property is not required, it is recommended.

Diamond Head Sands Owners and Residents,
The Association of Apartment Owners is happy to announce the addition of two electric vehicle charging stations available for use beginning May 2021.
The charging stations are located in the parking area
vehicle entrance driveway, across from the car wash area.
- Who May Use Charging Stations:
- Any resident owner or current tenant may use the chargers during the designated times of 6am to 10pm, Monday – Sunday
- Charging station use is limited to vehicles registered to residents only (sorry, no guest or non-resident use)
- Residents may charge for up to 6 hours per day, per apartment
- How to Sign Up
- Residents – please see the building manager for a membership user access card
- Next, create a user account at www.evercharge.net/signup
- Scan your access card at one of the chargers to activate the charging station
- When scanned, your card will link your usage to your user account
- Vendor EverCharge, will manage all billing, payment collection, and user account activity (The Association of Apartment Owners will not manage billing, user payments, or billing support)
- Cost and Billing
- Each charger will bill you at a rate of $0.48 per kilowatt hour used
- There is no initial cost to create a user account or request a user access card
- Getting Started
- Sign up at www.evercharge.net/signup
- A user access card will be mailed to you
- Start charging
- To use the charging system, tap your membership card to the card symbol on the charger, then plug in your vehicle
- Push firmly to ensure the charging handle is well-seated in your car’s charging port
- It may take a few seconds for charging to begin once the vehicle is plugged in
- A green light will illuminate on the charger to confirm that your vehicle is charging
- View your bill at www.dashboard.evercharge.net
- Invoices are generated on or around the 15th of every month for the previous month’s usage.
- Once an invoice is created, EverCharge will send you an email with a link to the invoice for payment
- Autopay can be set up by selecting the option on your monthly invoice and entering credit/debit card information
- Rules of Use
- The maximum charge time is 6 hours per day per user account
- After 6 hours, the charging station will automatically turn off and not be accessible again by the user account until the following day
- Use of the charging stations and charging stalls is limited to the hours of 6am to 10pm, Monday – Sunday
- No charging station parking stall may be occupied after 10pm or before 6am, daily
- No overnight parking will be allowed in the charging station stalls
- Only resident-owned vehicles registered with the homeowner’s association may use the charging stations
- Violations of the AOAO policies relating to charge times and hours of use, misuse of the chargers, failure to comply with rules of use and/or failure to remove a vehicle from the EV charging stalls in a timely manner may result in the temporary or permanent deactivation of a user’s card and use privileges and/or violation fine assessments to the unit owner.
